The Loop is a subscription based business communications portal, wherein registered members can network with other like-minded individuals and organisations, exchange information, sell to and buy from each other, seek and offer advice, have meetings ‘face to face’ using webcams, conference and participate in a number of business related forums using message board facilities.

The service is available for the member to use as soon as registration and payment has been received and cleared.

Upon registering as a member of The Loop, the only mandatory information required is the member’s name, company, job title and the nature of their business – along with a valid email address for the member to send and receive communications to and from The Loop.
Members choose a secure password that is unique to them to protect their log in details – and any additional information they choose to provide for building an online profile for others to view is supplied by the member’s own free will and decision to provide this information.

In the interest of security, members should not give any third party details of their service log in or password.
If the service has been taken out for a third party member by another member registering at the same time then the member registering and supplying the required information on the third party’s behalf is responsible for the distribution of the third party member’s service agreement and setting up of the member’s profile within The Loop.
Thereafter, it is the individual member’s responsibility to manage their Loop profile.

In agreement for use of the service the member will adhere to the laws of England & Wales, conducting their online use of the service respectably and respectful of other members, refraining from sending any unsolicited mail or messages to other members that is SPAM, salacious, lewd or unlawful.
Any attempts to breach the security of the service by way of sending computer viruses, Trojan horses or worms that might affect the service, or attempts to re-route, re-sell or damage the service will be met with the appropriate legal actions taken against offenders.

Any information collected and stored at registration by The Loop and additional information added by the member thereafter, will not be shared with, released to or distributed to any third parties, unless The Loop is required to release such information by law.

Payment for The Loop services can be made online using the secure PayPal portal, or manually by cheque, credit card payment taken over the telephone or cash (though these methods of payment may result in a delay of activation of the service in some cases).

Paid for subscriptions begin on the date that a member registers for the service and ends on the date corresponding to 365 calendar days from that date.

Members will receive due notification of the active license elapsing and must renew their subscription to continue receiving user license subscription services.
Renewals may require additional or different license terms if The Loop has added to, improved or removed services.

The Loop may cancel or suspend a member’s service at any time if it is deemed appropriate to do so. If the member’s service is cancelled or suspended for unacceptable or inappropriate use of the service, the member will forfeit any payments already made to The Loop at registration or annual renewal.
If The Loop cancels the service in its entirety without due cause or reason, then a refund of the annual subscription will be made to the member(s) on a pro-rata basis corresponding to the portion of the service remaining in the subscription before the cancellation.
If a member does not renew their annual subscription to The Loop their profile and details will be removed from The Loop database and they will not be able to access or use the service.
Cancellation of a service on forfeit of any payments made (not counting those refundable by law) will close a member’s Loop account.

Whilst The Loop provides the service ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, subscribed members are entitled to technical support, which may include web-based message board information, online chat, email and/or telephone-based technical support.
